RESOLUTION NO.1995-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR,THE TOWN
MANAGER,TOWN CLERK AND THE TOWN ATTORNEY TO
DO ALL ACTS AND SIGN ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS
KNOWN AS LOTS 5&6 OF BLOCK 1,OF PLAT 302-A.
WHEREAS,TheTownCouncilhasdeterminedthatitisnecessarytoacquirereal
property withinthe Town limits of theTown of Fountain Hillsinordertoprovidefora
permanent location forthe Town's public works yard;and
WHEREAS,the Town Councilhas determined thattheacquisition of existingvacant
property and the construction of anew building isinthebest interests of theTown;therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the Mayor,Town Manager,Town Clerk and Town Attorney are hereby
authorized and directed todoallacts,payallfeesandcostsandsignall documents necessary
forthe acquisition of certain real property located inthe Town of Fountain Hills andmore
particularly described asLots5&6 of Block 1 of Plat302A.
