A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,CONCERNING THE ARIZONA
MUNICIPAL WORKERS'COMPENSATION POOL ("POOL").
WHEREAS,the Town of Fountain Hills Town Council has determined that itisin the
best interest oftheTownof Fountain Hillsto participate inthePooltoobtain coverage forthe
paymentof workers'compensation claimspursuanttoA.R.S.11-952.01.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL
OFTHE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,THAT the Town of FountainHills
throughadoptionofthisResolutionbyitsTownCouncilherebyagreestojointhePool.
BEITFURTHER RESOLVED thattheTownofFountainHillsherebyapprovesand
authorizesthe execution ofthe Membership Agreement attached hereto.
PASSED this17thday of April,1997,bythe Mayor and Council of theTownof
Fountain Hills,Arizona.
