RESOLUTION NO. 1997 -45
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AMENDING
THE UNIFORM BOND SCHEDULE FOR THE MUNICIPAL
COURT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills Municipal Court has an established bond,
penalty, and diversion fee schedule; and
WHEREAS, the Arizona Revised Statutes have been renumbered as to certain Title 28
Transportation laws; and
WHEREAS, the Legislation governing surcharges has changed, increasing the percentage
of fines and sanctions paid to the State; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the preservation of the peace, health, safety and general
welfare of the citizens of the Town of Fountain Hills that this Resolution become effective
immediately, an emergency is declared to exist and this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after October 1, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Fountain Hills adopts the
attached uniform bond, penalty and diversion fee schedule for use in the Fountain Hills Municipal
Court.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1997, by the Mayor and Town
Council of Fountain Hills.
