A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,MARICOPA COUNTY,
ARIZONA,DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF
THE PRIMARY ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 14,2000.
WHEREAS,theTownofFountainHills,MaricopaCounty,Arizonadidholdaprimary
election on the 14th day of March,2000 for the nomination ofa Mayor and three Councilmembers;
and
WHEREAS,theelectionreturnshavebeenpresentedtoandhavebeencanvassedbythe
Town Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe Mayor and Council of the Town of
Fountain Hills,Maricopa County,Arizona,as follows:
C SECTION 1.That the total number of ballots cast at said primary election,as shown by
thepolllists,was 3,532.
SECTION 2.Thatthenumberofballotstobeverifiedwas59,the number ofchallenged
ballots was0andthat voters found tobe ineligible were 15.
SECTION 3.That thevotescastforthe candidates for mayor wereasfollows:
