RESOLUTION 2000-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,MARICOPA COUNTY,
ARIZONA,DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF
THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD MAY 16,2000.
WHEREAS,the Town of Fountain Hills,Maricopa County,Arizona didholdageneral
election on the 16l day of May,2000 to elect a Mayor;and
WHEREAS,the election returnshavebeen presented toandhavebeen canvassed bythe
Town Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe Mayor and Council of the Town of
Fountain Hills,Maricopa County,Arizona,as follows:
SECTION 1.That thetotal number of ballots cast atsaid primary election,as shown by
thepolllists,was 3,381.
SECTION 2.That the number of ballots tobe verified was35,the number of challenged
ballots was0and that voters found tobe ineligible were 11.
SECTION 3.That thevotes cast forthe candidates for mayor were as follows:
