A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,
ARIZONA ACCEPTING FROM THE PUERTO DEL LAGO
PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC.ALL RIGHT,
TITLE,AND INTEREST THEY POSSESS TO CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN FOUNTAIN HILLS,
ARIZONA.
TheTownCounciloftheTownof Fountain Hillsasthe governing bodyofreal
property located intheTownof Fountain Hillsmayacquire property withinthe
coiporate limits of the Town of Fountain Hills;and
TheTownCounciloftheTownofFountainHillshastheauthoritytoacceptor
reject offers of dedication of private property by easement,deed,subdivision,
plat or other lawful means;and
Itisthe express intention ofthe Puerto DelLago Property Owners Association,
Inc.to convey said interest to the Town of Fountain Hills;
NOW THEREFORE,beit resolved bythe Mayor and Common CounciloftheTownofFountain
Hills,Arizona as follows:
SECTION 1.That the Mayor andthe Common Council oftheTownof Fountain Hills,
Arizona acceptsbydeedanyandallinterest possessed bythePuertoDelLago
Property Owners Association,Inc.inthereal property asmorefully described
and depicted in "Exhibit A"attached hereto.
SECTION 2.ThatuponpresentationofproperdocumentationreviewedbytheTownAttorney
and certified bytheTown Engineer,the Mayor andTownClerkarehereby
authorized and directed to accept the deed forthereal property andare instructed
to record the Special Warranty Deed of September 1,2000andacopyofthis
Resolution inthe Office ofthe Maricopa County Recorder for notice tothe
world as acceptance bythe Town of Fountain Hills of this property.
