RESOLUTION 2001-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,AMENDING RESOLUTION
2001-01 REGARDING THE APPLICATION FOR LOCAL,REGIONAL AND
STATE PARKS FUNDS BY CERTIFYING MATCHING FUNDS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $585,000 RATHER THAN $560,000 FOR THE FOUR PEAKS
NEIGHBORHOOD PARK PHASE TWO.
WHEREAS,on January 4,2001 the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain
Hills,Arizona,adopted Resolution 2001-01;and,
WHEREAS,said resolution contained a certification bythe Town of Fountain Hillsthatit
had matching fundsinthe amount of $560,000 fromthe Town's General Fund;and,
WHEREAS,theTownhasdeterminedthat$585,000isavailableformatchingfund
certification.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That Resolution 2001-01 is hereby modified and amended to reflect that the Town
certifies thatithas matching fundsinthe amount of $585,000 fromthe general fund.
Section 2.Thatall other aspects and certifications of Resolution 2001-01 arestillinfullforce
and effect and that thesole purpose of this resolution isto modify the amount of
matching funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of
Fountain Hills,Arizona,this 5th dayofApril,2001.
