A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003-04.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HELLS,ARIZONA,as follows:
SECTION 1.That the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Fountain
Hillsand Maricopa County forlaw enforcement services forfiscalyear 2003-04 ishereby
approved intheform attached heretoas Exhibit Aand incorporated hereinby reference.
SECTION 2.That the Mayor,the Town Manager,the Town Clerk andthe Town
Attorneyare hereby authorized and directed totakeallsteps necessary to cause the execution
and recordation of the Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED bythe Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
June 19,2003.
