A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,MARICOPA COUNTY,
ARIZONA,DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF
THE PRIMARY ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 12,2002.
WHEREAS,theTownofFountainHills,MaricopaCounty,Arizonadidholdaprimary
election on the 12th day of March,2002 for the nomination ofa Mayor and three Councilmembers;
and
WHEREAS,theelectionreturnshavebeenpresentedtoandhavebeencanvassedbythe
Town Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe Mayor and Council of the Town of
Fountain Hills,Maricopa County,Arizona,asfollows:
SECTION 1.That thetotal number of ballotscastatsaid primary election,asshownby
thepolllists,was4,572.
SECTION2.Thatthenumberofballotstobeverifiedwas 142,thenumberofchallenged
ballotswas 0.and that voters found tobe ineligible were32.
SECTION 3.That thevotescastforthe candidates for mayor wereasfollows:
