RESOLUTION NO.2002-37
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN
HILLS,MARICOPA COUNTY,ARIZONA,DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE
RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL PRIMARY ELECTION HELD ON SEPTEMBER 10,2002.
WHEREAS,theTown Council of Fountain Hills,Maricopa County,Arizonadidcausetobesubmittedto
thequalifiedelectorsofthetownataspecial election heldinandforthe Town onthe10thdayofSeptember,2002
to determine ifthe document knownasthe Fountain HillsGeneralPlan2002asadoptedbytheFountainHillsTown
Council by Resolution 2002-24 on June 20,2002,be ratified and approved asthe General Plan of the Town;and
WHEREAS,the election returns havebeen presented toandhavebeen canvassed bythe Town Council.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
Maricopa County,Arizona,asfollows:
SECTION 1.Thatthetotal number of ballotscastatsaidspecial election,asshownbythepolllists,was
3,089.
SECTION 2.That thevotes cast for Proposition 402,approving the Fountain Hills General Plan2002,
were as follows:
