HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1990-03Yter) =11a 1110dYY;11i:E.if aim ORDINANCE NO. 90-3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA ADOPTING AN INTERIM BUDGET FOR THE PARTIAL FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1990, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Town of Fountain Hills is authorized, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 42-313, to adopt an interim budget for the partial fiscal year ending June 30, 1990, and WHEREAS, the Town Council of Fountain Hills passed a motion proposing an interim budget and calling for a public hearing thereon on February 1, 1990, which was published for two successive weeks in the manner prescribed by law, and WHEREAS, a public hearing for the purpose of hearing taxpayers on the subject of the proposed interim budget was held on February 1, 1990, in accordance with said motion. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. ESTIMATES - That the estimates of expense and revenues for the partial year ending June 30, 1990, hereby adopted, are as follows: ESTIMATE OF EXPENDITURES Road Construction & Maintenance $205,000 Elections 4,500 Administration 10,000 Office, Equipment 6 Expense 21,500 Town Marshall 6 Magistrate's Court 5,000 Insurance 24,000 Town Clerk 5 Support 28,000 Legal 15,000 Town Engineer 5 Building Inspectors 24,000 Contingencies 53,000 TOTAL EXPENSES $390,000 ESTIMATE OF REVENUES State Sales Tax Revenue Share $185,000 ® Highway User Fund Revenue Share 205,000 TOTAL REVENUES $390,000- 1 TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS ORDINANCE 90-3 Page 2 SECTION 2.
