ORDINANCE NO. 90-11
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA ADOPT-
ING THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS CABLE TELE-
VISION CODE BY REFERENCE) AMENDING THE TOWN
CODE OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS BY ADDING
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS CABLE TELEVISION
CODE AS CHAPTER 13 OF THE TOWN CODE AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Common Council of the
Town of Fountain Hills as follows;
® Section 1.
That certain document known as the Town of Fountain
Hills Cable Television Code, 3 copies of which are on file in the
office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Fountain Hills, and which
document was made a public record by Resolution No. 1990-21 is
hereby adopted by reference and made a part of the Town Code of
the Town of Fountain Hills to be designated as Chapter 13,
Section 2.
Whereas, it is necessary for the preservation for the
peace, health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the
Town of Fountain Hills that this Ordinance become effective
immediately, an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance
shall become immediately operative and in full force and effect
from and after its date of adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of
the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona this 16th day of August,
1990.
