ORDINANCE NO. 90-17
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, ADDING CHAPTER 12. ARTICLE
12-3. SECTION 12-3-10 TO THE TOWN CODE TO REGULATE PUBLIC
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY PARKING AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of
Fountain Hills, Arizona, that Chapter 12, Article 12-3 is hereby
amended by adding a new section numbered 12-3-10 which reads as
follows:
SECTION 1
Section 12-3-10
It is unlawful to have any non -motorized vehicle, trailer,
construction equipment, or any motorized vehicle which is primarily
designed as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or
travel use, parked on a public street right-of-way or easement from
the hours of 2:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall take effect at 12:01 A.M. on Saturday
the 1st day of December , 1990.
