AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA, AMENDING THE TOWN CODE, CHAPTER 11, OFFENSES,
ARTICLE 11-1 OFFENSES, SECTION 11-1-6, MINORS, BY AMENDING PORTIONS OF
PARAGRAPH A TO CLARIFY THE APPLICABLE AGE LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 11 Offenses, Article 11-1 Offenses, Section 11-1-6 Minors, Subparagraph
A, is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 11-1-6 Minors
A. It is unlawful for a minor, up to 13 years of age, to be in, or upon a public street,
sidewalk, alley, right-of-way or other public place in the Town between the hours of 9:00
p.m. and 6:00 a.m. It is unlawful for a minor 13 years to 15 years of age, inclusive, to
be in or upon a public street, sidewalk, alley, right-of-way or other public place in the
Town between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 am. It is unlawful for a minor, 16 years
to 18 years of age, to be in, or upon a public street, sidewalk, alley, right-of-way or other
public place in the Town between the hours of 12:30 am. and 5:30 am.
