ORDINANCE NO. 94-19
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AMENDING THE
TOWN CODE CHAPTER 2, MAYOR AND COUNCIL, ARTICLE 2-
4, COUNCIL PROCEDURE, SECTION 2-4-11, POSTING NOTICES
OF MEETINGS, BY CHANGING THE LOCATIONS FOR THE
POSTING OF NOTICES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Town Code Chapter 2, Mayor and Council, Article 2-4, Council
Procedures, Section 2-4-11, Posting Notices of Meetings, shall be amended to read as follows:
Public notice of the meetings of the Council shall be posted in the following places:
A. Fountain Hills Community Center
11445 North Saguaro
Fountain Hills, Arizona
B. Fountain Hills Post Office
16605 E. Avenue of the Fountains
Fountain Hills, Arizona
C. Fountain Hills Town Hall
16836 E. Palisades Boulevard, Building C
Fountain Hills, Arizona 85268
Section 2. That pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02.A.3. a copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with
the Town Clerk and that the Town Clerk shall give such additional public notice as is
reasonable and practicable as to all meetings.
Section 3. That it is the intention of the Town that the enforcement of this ordinance shall
become effective immediately; it is necessary in order to protect the public health, safety and
welfare that an emergency be declared and this ordinance shall become operative immediately
upon the affirmative vote of six of the seven members of the Town Council. That as an
emergency measure, this ordinance is exempt from the provisions of referendum.

TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, ADDING ARTICLE 7-8
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING FEE SCHEDULE
TO THE FOUNTAIN HILLS CODE TO ESTABLISH A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 7 of the Fountain Hills Code shall be amended by adding Article 7-8 as
follows:

ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

® Area Specific Plans: $ 3,000 plus $10 a lot or unit, whichever is greater

Section 2. Any and all fees and ordinances which conflict with this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
