ORDINANCE 95-04
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
FOR THE TOWN FOUNTAIN HILLS PURSUANT CHAPTER 2, SECTION 2.01, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 12 TO ADD SECTION 12.06 USES SUBJECT TO SPECIAL
USE PERMITS IN C-3 ZONING DISTRICTS ONLY AND TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION
EQUIPMENT STORAGE YARDS BY SPECIAL USE PERMIT ONLY.
WHEREAS Chapter 2, PROCEDURES. Section 2.01. Amendments or Zone Changes.
establishes the authority and procedures for amending the zoning district
boundaries; and
WHEREAS There is a desire of the Town of Fountain Hills to provide a place for the
storage of construction equipment in such a manner so as to maintain the
beauty of the community and to accommodate this significant sector of
the Fountain Hills economy.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 12 of the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Fountain Hills shall be
® amended to add Section 12.06 Uses Subject to Special Use Permits in C-3
Zoning Districts Only, as follows:
