AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMENDING
TOWN CODE CHAPTER 6 ANIMALS, AND CHAPTER 11
OFFENSES, BY ADDING A SPECIFIC PENALTY PROVISION
TO SECTION 6-1-3 NOISES AND SECTION 11-1-6 MINORS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Town Code, Chapter 6 Animals, Article 6-1, Rules and Regulations,
Section 6-1-3 Noises, and the Town Code Chapter 11 Offenses, Article 11-1, Offenses,
Section 11-1-6 Minors, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph to both
sections:
Penalty. First offense convictions, under this section, shall be sentenced as a
petty offense. Second offense convictions, under this section, shall be sentenced as a
Class 2 Misdemeanor. Third and all subsequent convictions under this sections shall be
sentenced as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4TH DAY OF MAY, 1995.
