ORDINANCE #95-19
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING DISTRICTS MAP FOR LOTS 11, 12, 13, 14, BLOCK 5, PLAT
412-A FROM INDUSTRIAL-1 TO INDUSTRIAL-2 IN ACCORDANCE
WITH CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3.02 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS.
WHEREAS The Town of Fountain Hills adopted Ordinance #93-22, on November 18, 1993,
which adopted the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Fountain Hills; and
WHEREAS Chapter 2, Section 2.01 of the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Fountain Hills,
provides for a procedure to amend said ordinance, and
WHEREAS The Town of Fountain Hills desires to amend its Official Zoning Districts Map;
and
WHEREAS The procedures detailed in Chapter 2, Section 2.01 of the Zoning Ordinance for
the Town of Fountain Hills has been followed; and
WHEREAS The Town of Fountain Hills has published in this proposed Official Zoning
Districts Map amendment in the official newspaper of general circulation, The
Times of Fountain Hills and Rio Verde on April 12, 19, 26, and May 3, 1995, and
WHEREAS The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on April 27, 1995
and advertised this public hearing in the April 12, 19, and 26, 1995 editions of
The Times of Fountain Hills and Rio Verde, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes
§9-462.04 and
WHEREAS The Town Council held a public hearing on May 4, 1995 and advertised this
public hearing in the April 12, 19, 16, and May 3, 1995 editions of The Times of
Fountain Hills and Rio Verde, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §9-462.04,
and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, Block 5, Plat 412-A shall be designated as Industrial-2 on
the Official Zoning District Map of the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of
Fountain Hills.
