HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1995-410 ORDINANCE #95-41 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, CORRECTING THE REFERENCES MADE TO SPECIFIC LOTS IN ORDINANCE #92-07 TO REFLECT THE CHANGE IN LOT NUMBERS MADE IN ORDINANCE #92-07 TO THE ACTUAL LOT NUMBERS IN FINAL PLAT 415. WHEREAS The Town of Fountain Hills adopted Ordinance #92-07 on August 20, 1992 to establish specific zoning regulations for proposed Plat 415; and WHEREAS The lot numbers shown the preliminary plat for Plat 415 were the lot numbers used in referring to specific zoning regulations in Ordinance #92-07 on specific lots; and WHEREAS The lot numbering in the final plat for Plat 415 differs from the lot numbering in the preliminary plat for Plat 415; and ® WHEREAS The differential of lot numbering in final plat of Plat 415 from the specific zoning regulations for specific lots in Ordinance #92-07 causes incorrect zoning regulations for Plat 415; and WHEREAS The Town of Fountain Hills desires to correct the references made to lot numbers in Ordinance #92-07 as a part of zoning case #Z92-01 to the actual lot numbers in Plat 415; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following corrections to Ordinance #92-07 shall be shown, with the deletions being shown as "strike -outs" and the corrections being shown as "shaded", as follows: 4. The minimum lot sized requirement remain at 35,000 square feet and lots 10, anii-P 11, 19, and 20 be non -conforming lot sizes. 5. Minimum front yard set back requirements for lots 34 8:`9'12;:and'13 10, „ 15, 16 1Q and :2 is 20 feet. ® 6. Minimum rear yard set back request for lots 3, 4 $ 9 _12 'a0 13 c, 1zz �, 19 a�� is 20 feet.
