HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1995-47ORDINANCE #95-47 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMENDING ARTICLE H OF THE FOUNTAIN HILLS SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS. WHEREAS The Town of Fountain Hills adopted the Fountain Hills Subdivision Regulations on May 24, 1990, as Chapter 15 of the Fountain Hills Town Code; and WHEREAS The Town of Fountain Hills desires to amend the Fountain Hills Subdivision Regulations to better serve its citizens; and WHEREAS The Town of Fountain Hills desires to involve the Town Council in the preliminary plat review stage procedure of the subdivision review process; and WHEREAS Article II of the Fountain Hills Subdivision Regulations addresses the subdivision review process; and WHEREAS The Town Council of the Town of Fountain Hills desires to amend Article H of the Fountain Hills Subdivision Regulations to allow the Town Council to review and decide upon whether preliminary plats shall be approved. ® NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
