MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL
MONDAY, MARCH 12, 1990
A public meeting of the Fountain Hills Town Council was convened
and called to order by Mayor John Cutillo at 6:33 p.m., Monday,
March 12, 1990, in the Fountain Hills Town Hall located at 16838
E. Palisades Blvd., Bldg. C, Fountain Hills, AZ.
ROLL CALL - Present for roll call were Mayor John Cutillo, Vice
Mayor Mike Minarsich and Councilmembers Marti Lemieux and Charlie
Fox. Absent were Councilmembers Harry Barber, Joe Bill and Dick
Haugen. Also present was Town Clerk Cassie Hansen.
AGENDA ITEM #2 - INSTRUCTION TO TOWN ATTORNEY TO REVIEW AND REVISE
COUNTY ZONING CODES AS NEEDED
A MOTION was made by Vice Mayor Minarsich to instruct the Town
Attorney to -review and revise the Maricopa County zoning codes as
needed to pertain to Fountain Hills. SECONDED by Councilwoman
Lemieux and CARRIED unanimously.
AGENDA ITEM 13 - CALL TO THE PUBLIC
No response.
ADJOURNMENT
Vice Mayor Minarsich made a MOTION to adjourn, SECONDED by
Councilwoman Lemieux and CARRIED unanimously. The council
adjourned the meeting at 6:36 p.m.
