MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL
TUESDAY. JULY 31, 1990
Immediately following the work/study session, Mavor Cutillo called the special
session to order at approximately 8:21 p.m. Following the pledge to the flag,
Councilman Fox gave the invocation.
AGENDA _ITEM _#2 — DISCUSS AND ACT UPON THE STRATEGY FOR _OBTAINING PROPOSALS FOR
CABLE TV SERVICE_FOR _FOUNTAIN .HILLS
Mr. Nordin explained that this item was simply to allow the council to act upon
the Town Manager's policy statement which was covered in the work/study session.
MOTION made by Councilman Clark to direct the manager and staff to proceed as
outlined in the package presented tonight. SECONDED by Councilman Minarsich and
CARRIED unanimously.
AGENDA ITEM #3 — CALL TO THE PUBLIC
No one addressed the council.
AGENDA ITEM #4 — ADJOURNMENT
MOTION made by Councilman Minarsich to adjourn. SECONDED by Councilman Fox and
CARRIED unanimously.
The council adjourned at approximately 8:22 p.m.
