Administration Building located at 14605 N. Del Cambre Ave.. Fountain Hills, Arioona. F0,UCALL - Fol l owing the pledge to the flag and the invocation by Reverend Scott Von Lanken of the First. Assembly of Crcxi, roll call was taken. Fr•esent for roll call were the following members of the Fountain Hills Town Council: Mayor John Cutillo, Vice Mayor Wally Hudson and Councilmembers Peg Tibbetts, Mike Minar•si ch, Charlie Fox. Frank Clark and Bill O 'Brien . Also present. were Town Manager Paul Nordin, Town Attorney Bill Farrell, Director of Community Development Gary Jeppson and Town Clerk Cassi e Hansen. Ms. Wendy Mueller, membe.t• of the M.-3ycr "s Youth COUnc:il, made a presentation of the trophy they had won in the Thanker i vir,,g Day parade to the Town. She explained that the trophy had been won for• '+lac-ing' first in the Youth Division. Vice Mayor Hudson stated that the Town Council members would each contribute to this purchase. Mr. Oliphant presented a certificate for 1O2" off the price of a living tree. Mr. Nordin said that the Town was still investigating their ability to recover some insurance funds and Said that he had no new !17for•Ilrati017 to add to his street paving report made at the WorklStudy Session of Tuesday, December 4, 1990. She said that she felt it was a very interesting and worthwhile meeting and stated she felt very proud of the crew. B. Discuss and possibly act upon: a. Special event request by the Chamber of Comerce to close off a portion of the Avenue of the Fountains for the Christmas Lighting PrWram. b. Special event request by XU to close Saguaro from El Lago to Panorama on Saturday, December 15th, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., for the.
