FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 18, 1997
A special session of the Fountain Hills Town Council was convened and called to order by Mayor
Miles at 4:54 p.m., Tuesday, November 18, 1997, in the Town Manager's office located in the
Fountain Hills Town Hall, 16836 E. Palisades Blvd., Building C, Fountain Hills, Arizona.
Present for the meeting were Mayor Jerry Miles, Vice Mayor Marianne Wiggishoff and
Councilmembers Al Poma and Pen Mower. Councilman Don Lawrence arrived at 4:57 p.m. Also
present were Town Manager Paul Nordin and Town Clerk Cassie Hansen.
AGENDA ITEM #1 — CONSIDERATION OF CANVASSING THE RESULTS OF THE
SPECIAL BOND ELECTION HELD IN AND FOR THE TOWN ON NOVEMBER 4, 1997,
AND ADOPTING RESOLTUION 1997-55, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF SUCH
ELECTION.
Vice Mayor Wiggishoff MOVED to approve the item. SECONDED by Councilman Poma and
CARRIED unanimously.
AGENDA ITEM#2 -ADJOURNMENT.
Vice Mayor Wiggishoff MOVED to adjourn. SECONDED by Councilman Poma and CARRIED
unanimously. The Council adjourned at approximately 5:00 p.m.
