MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE
cry FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL
OCTOBER 13,1999
A public meeting of the Fountain Hills Town Council was convened and called to order by Mayor Morgan at 3:30 P.M.,
Tuesday, October 13th, 1999, in the Fountain Hills Town Hall Conference Room, located at 16836 E. Palisades Blvd.,
Building C,Fountain Hills,Arizona.
Mayor Morgan called the special session of the Town Council to order.
ROLL CALL: Present for roll call were the following members of the Fountain Hills Town Council: Mayor Sharon
Morgan, Councilmembers Pen Mower, Al Poma and John Wyman. Also present was the Town Clerk Cassie Hansen.
The following members of the Fountain Hills Town Council were absent: Councilmembers Sharon Hutcheson, Marianne
Wiggishoff,and Vice Mayor Apps.
AGENDA ITEM #1 - CONSIDERATION OF THE SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION
SUBMITTED BY EDWARD CISAK FOR THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS
SCHEDULED AN ANNIVERSARY DINNER DANCE FOR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16 FROM 6:00 P.M.
TO 11:00 P.M. AT THE CHURCH OF THE ASCENSION LOCATED AT 12615 FOUNTAIN HILLS
BOULEVARD.
Councilman Poma MOVED to approve the special event liquor license application and Councilman Mower
SECONDED the motion,which CARRIED unanimously.
AGENDA ITEM#2—ADJORNMENT.
Councilman Mower MOVED to adjourn the meeting. Councilman Wyman SECONDED the motion, which CARRIED
unanimously. Mayor Morgan adjourned the meeting at 3:31 p.m.
