MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE
FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL
DECEMBER 20,1999
A public meeting of the Fountain Hills Town Council was convened and called to order by Mayor Morgan at 2:00 P.M.,
Monday, December 20th, 1999, in the Fountain Hills Town Hall Conference Room, located at 16836 E. Palisades Blvd.,
Building C,Fountain Hills,Arizona.
Mayor Morgan called the special session of the Town Council to order.
ROLL CALL: Present for roll call were the following members of the Fountain Hills Town Council: Mayor Sharon
Morgan and Councilmembers Pen Mower,Marianne Wiggishoff,and Sharon Hutcheson.The Town Clerk Cassie Hansen
was also present. The following members of the Fountain Hills Town Council were absent: Councilmembers John
Wyman,Al Poma,and Vice Mayor Sid Apps.
AGENDA ITEM #1 — CONSIDERATION OF THE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY
JOYCE ANN SZELIGA FOR THE NEW QUE BENO RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 13207 N. LA
MONTANA. THE APPLICATION IS FOR A NEW CLASS#12 RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE.
Councilman Mower MOVED to approve the liquor license application. Councilwoman Wiggishoff SECONDED the
motion,which CARRIED unanimously.
AGENDA ITEM#2-ADJORNMENT.
Councilman Mower MOVED to adjourn the meeting. Councilwoman Wiggishoff SECONDED the motion, which
CARRIED unanimously. Mayor Morgan adjourned the meeting at 2:03 p.m.
