MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE
FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL

Mayor Morgan called the Special Session of the Town Council to order with a roll call taken.
ROLL CALL - Present for roll call were the following members of the Fountain Hills Town Council: Mayor
Sharon Morgan, and Councilmembers John Wyman, Pen Mower, and Sharon Hutcheson. Vice Mayor Sid Apps,
Councilman Kavanagh, and Councilman Poma were absent. Also present were Town Manager Paul Nordin,
Director of Administration/Town Clerk Cassie Hansen.
AGENDA ITEM#1 —CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 2000-23,DECLARING AND ADOPTING
THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON MAY 16,2000.
Councilman Wyman MOVED that the Council adopt the results of the general election held on May 16,2000
and Councilwoman Hutcheson SECONDED the motion, which CARRIED unanimously.
AGENDA ITEM#2—CALL TO THE PUBLIC.
No one came forward from the public.
AGENDA ITEM#3—ADJOURNMENT.
Councilman Wyman MOVED to adjourn the meeting. Councilman Mower SECONDED the motion, which
CARRIED unanimously. Mayor Morgan adjourned the meeting at 4:32 p.m.
