MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SESSION OF THE
FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL
August 9,2001
Mayor Morgan called the special session of the Town Council to order at 12:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL -Present for roll call were the following members of the Fountain Hills Town Council: Mayor
Sharon Morgan, Vice Mayor John Wyman and Councilmembers Sharon Hutcheson, John Kavanagh, and
Susan Ralphe. Councilmembers John McNeill and Leesa Fraverd were absent. Also present were Director of
Administration/Town Clerk Cassie B. Hansen and Community Center Director Jim Willers.
AGENDA ITEM#1. CONSIDERATION OF THE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION
SUBMITTED BY JIM WILLERS FOR THE FOUNTAIN HILLS COMMUNITY CENTER
LOCATED AT 13001 NORTH LA MONTANA DRIVE. THE APPLICATION IS FOR A
NEW CLASS 5 GOVERNMENT LICENSE.
Councilwoman Ralphe MOVED to approve the application as presented and Councilwoman Hutcheson
SECONDED the motion, which CARRIED unanimously.
AGENDA ITEM#2. ADJOURNMENT
Vice Mayor Wyman MOVED to adjourn and Councilwoman Ralphe SECONDED the motion, which
CARRIED unanimously. Mayor Morgan adjourned the meeting at 12:01 p.m.
