Mayor Wally Nichols convened the special session at approximately 4:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL — Present for the roll call were the following members of the Fountain Hills Town Council:
Mayor Wally Nichols, Councilmembers Michael Archambault and Susan Ralphe. Councilwoman Kathleen
Nicola attended via speakerphone. Vice Mayor Rick Melendez, Councilmembers Leesa Stevens and John
Kavanagh were absent.
ALSO PRESENT: Carolyn Oberholtzer, Assistant Town Attorney; Tim Pickering, Town Manager; and Bev
Bender,Town Clerk
AGENDA ITEM #1 — CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 2004-11 DECLARING AND ADOPTING
THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON MAY 18,2004.
Councilman Archambault MOVED to approve Resolution 2004-11. The motion was SECONDED by
Councilwoman Ralphe and PASSED unanimously.
AGENDA ITEM#2—ADJOURNMENT.
Councilman Archambault MOVED to adjourn the meeting. The motion was SECONDED by Mayor Nichols
and PASSED unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 4:02 p.m.
