AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,
ARIZONA,ADOPTING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, SEPTEMBER 19, 1996;
REPEALING ANY AND ALL ORDINANCES WHICH
CONFLICT WITH THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, SEPTEMBER 19, 1996.
WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills adopted Ordinance #90-8, on June 28, 1990, which
adopted The Code of the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 15 of The Code of the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona, is commonly
referred to as the Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Fountain Hills, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills has made subsequent amendments to the Subdivision
Ordinance of the Town of Fountain Hills, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills has rewritten the text of the Subdivision Ordinance
of the Town of Fountain Hills, and declared the August 9, 1996 draft of this
document as a public document by adopting Resolution #1996-59, as a public
document pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §9-801 et. seq., and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Fountain Hills, September 19, 1996,
is hereby adopted.
Section 2. Any and all provisions of the Town Code and ordinances conflicting with Chapter
15, of The Code of the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona, commonly known as The
Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Fountain Hills, September 19, 1996, are
hereby repealed.
