HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 2000-01TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS ORDINANCE 00-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN CODE "SUBDIVISIONS" TO AMEND ARTICLE 11 SECTION 205.0 OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS BY REQUIRING LOT SPLITS TO BE POSTED PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING. WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills adopted Ordinance #96-29, on October 3, 1996, which adopted The Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Fountain Hills; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Town of Fountain Hills Town Code, Chapter 15 "Subdivisions" shall be kw amended to requiring lot splits to be posted prior to the public hearing as shown in Exhibit "A".
