A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, CORRECTING AN ERROR IN
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-52, PASSED AND ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 4,
2003, AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills (the "Town
Council") passed and adopted Resolution No. 2003-52 on September 4, 2003 (the "Resolution"),
abandoning the "Final Plat of Coyote Run" as recorded in Book 381, Page 33 of the records of
Maricopa County and reverting back to the "Fountain Hills Arizona Final Plat No. 603-A
Amended" as recorded in Book 176, Page 28 of the records of Maricopa County; and
WHEREAS, the Maricopa County Book number referenced in the Resolution is
incorrect with respect to the "Fountain Hills Arizona Final Plat No. 603-A Amended", and the
correct Book number is 196; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to correct the error in the Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the "Final Plat of Coyote Run" as recorded in Book 381, Page 33 of
the records of Maricopa County is hereby abandoned and reverted back to the "Fountain Hills
Arizona Final Plat No. 603-A Amended" as recorded in Book 196, Page 28 of the records of
Maricopa County.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk and the Town
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents and take all steps
necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
