A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERRORS IN
RESOLUTION NO. 2004-10, PASSED AND ADOPTED ON APRIL 1, 2004,
AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills (the "Town
Council") passed and adopted Resolution No. 2004-10 on April 1, 2004 (the "Resolution"),
abandoning the "Final Plat of Lot 20A" as recorded in Book 149, Map 31, of the records of
Maricopa County and reverting back to the "Final Plat No. 423, Lots 19 and 20, Block 3,
Fountain Hills, Arizona"; and
WHEREAS, the Maricopa County Book and Page numbers referenced in the Resolution
are incorrect with respect to the "Final Plat of Lot 20A", and the correct Book and Page numbers
are 512 and 16, respectively; and
WHEREAS, the Book and Page number for "Final Plat No. 423, Lots 19 and 20, Block
3,Fountain Hills, Arizona" were unintentionally omitted from the Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to correct the errors in the Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the "Final Plat of Lot 20A" as recorded in Book 512, Page 16 of the
records of Maricopa County is hereby abandoned and reverted back to the "Final Plat No. 423,
Lots 19 and 20, Block 3, Fountain Hills, Arizona" as recorded in Book 149, Page 31 of the
records of Maricopa County.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk and the Town
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents and take all steps
necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
