A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE REGIONAL PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR BUS TRANSIT SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS as follows:
SECTION 1. That the amendment (the "Amendment") to the Intergovernmental
Agreement between the Town of Fountain Hills and the Regional Public Transportation
Authority for bus transit service is hereby approved in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk and the Town
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to take all steps necessary to cause the execution of
the Amendment.
PASSED AND AD PTED BY the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
Arizona, March 3, 2005.

INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
Contract#124-31-2005
As of the 1st day of July, 2004, this amends the following items of the Transit Service Agreement
entered into between the Town of Fountain Hills and the RPTA, dated the 1st day of July, 2002, as
amended July 1,2003.
The following sections replace and supersede those sections of the agreement entered into July 1,2002
as amended July 1, 2003:
The attached Schedule B replaces and supercedes Schedule B entered into July 1,2003.

Schedule B
For the period July 1,2004 to June 30,2005 it is estimated that the Town of Fountain Hills will pay the
Regional Public Transportation Authority$5,046 for bus service on Route 512 in Fountain Hills.
Payments made by the TOWN to RPTA for operation of Bus Routes depicted in Schedule B shall
consist of monthly installments of S420.50 and shall be become due within thirty(30)days of receiving
an invoice from the RPTA.
