A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, APPROVING A PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT FACILITY FEE SCHEDULE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Parks and Recreation Facility Fee Schedule is hereby approved in
the form as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk and the Town
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents and take all steps
necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
June 15, 2006.

Facility Fee Schedule
RENTAL FEES
Facility Up To 4 Hours Over 4 Hours
Small Ramada $30 $60
Large Ramada $90 $180
Meeting Rooms $36 $72
Multi Purpose Fields $60 $120
Open Turf Areas" $250 $500
Performance Pad $300 $600
Tennis Courts $10 (Day) $14 (Night)
1. There are several Open Turf Areas at Fountain Park available for rental. The fee listed above is
per area and each area can be reserved for approved activities. Individuals may reserve multiple
areas for larger events and will be charged accordingly.
2. All Tennis Court Policies and Procedures will apply. 90-minute reservations only.

Athletic Field Lights $10 Per Hour
Athletic Field - Prep Et Bases3 $25 Each
Alcohol Permit with Park Reservation $10 For 50 Consuming Adults
Fountain Operation3 $250 Per Half-Hour
Park Personnel Labor4 $15-$30 Per Hour
3. Includes Park Personnel Labor Costs
4. Additional Park Personnel Labor costs determined by the Parks and Recreation Department
Town Sponsored Or Affiliated Events Are Exempt From Fees
• Activities and programs sponsored by the Town of Fountain Hills.
• Co-Sponsored events conducted in cooperation with outside individuals, organizations or agencies
and approved by the Town.
• Meetings conducted by the Town Council or any appointed Town Board or Commission.
*All Residents Of The Town Will Receive 50% Off Of Facility Rental Fees Only
Resident: A person whose residence is in Fountain Hills, Arizona and/or a Town licensed business
located within the limits of the Town of Fountain Hills. To qualify for the resident rental rate, the user
must meet the above criteria, and the event must not be a profit-making event as determined by the
Director or designee. A resident my not book the facilities on behalf of a non-resident as a way of
avoiding non-resident rates.
